Freehouse Collective formally The Donnelly Group is hiring Bartenders to work at Butcher & Bullock. Drawing inspiration from the UK, we’ve put a modern spin on what a ‘proper pub’ should be in the 21st century.
If you care about food, beer, cocktails, sports, music and also happen to take pride in providing great hospitality, this is where you need to be. Dedication to technical service is a must. Attention to detail and a sense of urgency are required. An outgoing, engaging personality will also serve you well.

Jeff started the independent company 24 years ago. It has since grown to include pubs, cocktail clubs, nightclubs and barbershops, operating primarily in Vancouver and also in Toronto.
A pub in the time-honoured style, The Butcher & Bullock has been a popular hangout for the downtown business set for 20+ years. Dark brown wainscoting and aged black & white photos complement the room’s traditional furnishings and various conversation pieces. On weekdays, The Butcher & Bullock regulars crowd the comfortable room to loosen their ties, enjoy modern pub food, take in a game and just relax. The games area features a pool table, video games and a jukebox fully loaded with both new and classic tunes. The Butcher & Bullock also features 28 types of craft and domestic draught beer, custom cocktails and an extensive wine list.
